Wiener? I Thought We Were in Budapest?

This is a statue erected by the Soviets to commemorate the unification of Buda and Pest. Notice the turban head on top, well the Turks did inhabit Budapest numerous times throughout history, but weren't involved in the unification. So, the Hungarian saying is that the soviets were either really stupid or had a great sense of humour!
